Unless I have some read on Villain that says he is capable of firing 3 blanks at this flop I'm folding.

Without any other information you are probably up against a bigger pair or he limped a spp and hit his set. This would all depend on villains previous play and whether or not I have seen him still limping these types of hands into the high blinds.

What range do we give villain - medium, maybe small PP and suited connectors, maye a suited ace.

What really doesn't fit here is the turn-bet. He fires a pot-sized bet on the flop, then less than half pot-size on the turn. So maybe he played 99 or T9 and didn't want to chase you off on the turn - still the betting on flop and turn is not really suitable.

As you get really good odds on the river - nearly 1:3 - and have some legitimate doubts about the betting sequence folding the river is a mistake imo.

Not really sure why you are calling the turn if you are folding to a blank on the river?

Edit: Buy-in?

Anyone else like raising the flop? Villain is never folding Tx, and when we just check-call we have to play turn OOP versus a thousand scare cards.
