UrRGENT!!! Star's FPP's, tough spot

I have two questions, first is how does the fpp system work for cash games? Do I have to see the flop, win the hand or just be in the pot at any point to earn credit for the rake? Second is what's my line on getting fpp's (I need 466 to get silver for next month as of this post) in 2 1/2 days when my online roll is 100>? I've been playing $3.40's and had a terrible downswing due to a) multi-tabling b) playing too loose/too many hands and c) horrific beats at the worst possible moment. Please respond as this is time sensitive.

1) You just have to be dealt in the hand.
2) SNGs are still your best option.

Of course you get points for cash games. You only need to be dealt in to get points.

Even at a low level ring game you should be able to do 466 in half a day.

I think the urgent part is that he wants to make Silver and is running out of time. Tough is because he doesn't know what to do.

Isn't Silver something like 1500 points? If it took him 28 days to make 1050 I don't see how he expects to make 450 in 2 days.
