[50NL] linecheck w/ AA on JJ3 oop
no reads on Villian, he has ~$25 BB had ~$50 hero is utg+3 w/ AA hero open raises to $1,75 Villian call BB calls Flop ($5,5): JJ3 (rainbow) Hero bets $3,5 Villian calls BB folds Turn ($12,5): JJ3 8 Hero checks Villian checks River ($12,5) JJ3 84 Hero bets $5,5 Villian raises to $11 Hero folds I bet the flop because people tend to call w/ any pocket pair here then checked the turn for potcontroll and tried to get value from pockets on the river. When he checked behind on the turn I put him on a slowplay or pockets. So b/f river is right? What about my betsize? |

Re: [50NL] linecheck w/ AA on JJ3 oop
I generally agree with the way you played the hand, though I probably would have crying called the raise on the river. Sure he's most likely not bluffing, but for 5:1 odds I have to call and find out for sure.

Your hand looks like complete air the way you played it.
Call the river. |

You can get some value from a mid-PP hand that called you on the flop. You have to call river as played.

Re: [50NL] linecheck w/ AA on JJ3 oop
why?
I'm getting 5:1 that he isn't slowplaying. Is this really enough with such a I dry flop? |
