Default PokerStars Support Comes Up Big Again!

I was qualifying to move up to Gold Star in their VIP program late Feb. 28. Not realizing they shut down the points accumulation on Eastern time rather than Pacific, I thought I had 3 more hours than I did. Upon seeing I was now adding points up for March instead of February I emailed them aking for an extension for the 3 hours I thought I had to get the necessary 500 more points. THEY GAVE ME 24 HOURS!!!

They let me know it was a one time only deal, which is of course very understandable. They also however did not deduct the 500 from my March numbers, they let me keep that as well!

Well done and thank you!

I'm no longer going for the Party Acceler8tor bonus because I don't appreciate being chained to my computer every week for a certain number of hours. It damn near cost me in qualifying for the Stars bonus. I like the Stars plan where you get to distribute the hours as you see fit over the month.

And the Stars points are good for... what, some cheap stainless coffee mugs or other PokerStars-branded merchandise?

I won't even care if Lee puts a PokerStars logo on my new 2001FP he's sending me.

I just got my 2405FPW from them. 1 week order -> delivery, no problem getting a UPS tracking number for it either.

Sadly, no pokerstars logo...(none of my friends can believe i'm getting this kind of swag just for playing poker!)
