I was honestly between folding and pushing here. I don't believe villain had a big Q since he would have probably raised UTG. He limped UTG which is somehow telling me this board hit him and so did that turned 4. Any ideas?

EDIT: Stats aren't too useful here since I have him on 33 hands, except the fact that he is very loose so he could easily have a 4 but I'm not sure. 54/9/.46
