Default Really inteesting spot with a draw

Vilain is tag, no history betwn us. The table was behind the fish who opened.
Nl1k 100BB effective

2 folds, Fish opens for 35, BU calls; Hero calls with 4c6c, BB calls.

Flop comes 2c3h7c 140$
Hero bets 110, Villain raises to 250, 2 folds

Now i have flushdraw+GSSD and Villain is giving me odds to call.
I was pretty passive, because of running cold.

How do you continue?

3bet/call?

or call adn reevaluate turn?

What`s your play on

-Td
-9c?

I bet

Normally shove flop would be a good line here. The problem is that the TAG's range for raising in that spot is pretty much sets and double-overcard flush draws, no? With the fish behind him I'm not sure I see him raising small overpairs or A7.

I would call and probably c/f the turn, only calling if I'm given the right odds. The TAG might check behind turn if he's drawing, in which case I'd obviously bluff river. Normally I don't play combo draws that weak tight but in this situation I have to believe my opponent has a hand.

from your posts lately you seem to habitually call raises from the blinds with SCs, suited 1-gaps and such, might be a leak?

I think c/f that turn unless he gives you odds

not enough info given to comment on flop play (not even HUD stats? cmon)
