Searching for a new site with good rakeback/bonus

Hi. I'm looking to get back playing online after a couple months absence.

Basically, this is what a I'm looking for: US players accepted, Epassport accepted, PT friendly, rakeback + deposit bonus, decent traffic at ~$1/2nl.
