I'd lead the flop & stop there if called / raised.

As played, river looks like a good fold.

CR the flop. I don't think you can get away from this, even though villain is probably open raising like 88+, AQ+.

Riv is a fold.

CR flop?

Then I think I only get called when I'm beat...

Following your logic why did not you bet turn, if you think you were called by worse hands on the flop.

And against utg raiser with 12/6 i think id fold jacks, we are only 53% ahead of his range (6% being 88+,ATs+,KQs,AQo+) and oop whole hand, plus i guess hes raise from utg is more tight then from later pos so its more like 4% (99+,AQs+,AKo) there which we are behind of.. Maybe thats too tight but against such nit jacks don't look good oop to me,id love those on button, but sb.. also don't think he'll pay off our set with stack too often..

Agree with Q. His range is very tight and we are not going to know where we are postflop. I see no difference between 22-JJ here - playing for set v alue only ... and in that case, we are only getting paid when he DOES have one of the hands that dominate us pf since he is going to be a meganit without an overpair

Short of a J you got the kind of flop that you wanted. If you are calling pre, I don't see how you're getting away from this. Obv opponent had AK/AQ but that's beside the point. Flatting the flop doesn't let you define his hand so I either CR or donk lead, preferring a CR but maybe I'm just being overly aggro.

Wait, if you're the button, how are you checking first on all streets?

Stack sizes:
UTG: t970
UTG+1: t2950
MP1: t4230
MP2: t1820
MP3: t850
CO: t1160
Hero: t2700
SB: t1720
BB: t3600

You are SB here w/ what stack, 2700 or 1700?

I'm pretty pretty tight, but i don't see me checking the turn after this play.

The call pf is ok I think (since you are somewhat deep), if no overcards flop i'm happy. The Flop is perfect, just some ridiculous draws, which he shouldn't have. I'd definately go for a check-raise here, since he is the pf aggressor.

If you lead the flop, get called and no overcard turns, i would lead the turn too. So if he calls again, i'm done and maybe check/cry-call the river if it pretty much blanks.

I don't think he will just call the flop with an overpair like TT, QQ+.

The fold on the river is fine, he definitely hit it.
