Default NL10 overpaire vs TP which double on turn

Standard situation but i 'm embarrassed with these.

Can you confirm me i should bet the turn ?

bet out again. villain calls with more than just 9x. If c-raised, I'd consider folding.

There are plenty of worse hands that will call a bet on the turn. If villain cr even for the minimum obvious fold.
