Default Please help with my poorly played T/Qs

At the 1/2 200 buy in home game I play at. I am in the 8 seat, button is on the 10 who is a very solid TAG, player 6 is a LAG player, very poor. I get 10c/Qc. There are 2 limpers from very poor players, so $7 in the pot. 6 raises to 12 (normal bet here). I call. The button calls, everyone else folds.

Flop comes 7d 8d Qs. 6 bets 12 again, clearly a continuation. I raise to 30. Button calls, 6 folds. Here is where I begin to play the hand poorly. I am sitting at around 250 in chips, the button is around 300. I obviously want to keep this pot small, but now there is right around 110 in the pot.

The turn comes 2h. I check. Button checks.

River comes Js. I check. The button bets $50

I should have bet the turn, but failed to do so. I wanted to keep this pot small, and the only legitimate bet I could have made would have put between 1/5 to 1/4 of my stack in the pot. This bet looks like a busted diamond draw to me, but if he did have 8/9 he just hit a straight. He could also think that I didn't have the queen after I checked the turn and river and have hit something like 9d/Jd.

How could I have played this pot better, and what should I do on the river?

Is there a program where I can just input the hands as if it were an online hand?
