Default FT200 What shall we do on the turn?

Full Tilt Poker - Pot Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $1/$2 Blinds - 3 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $210.15
BB: $105.15
Hero (BTN): $364.25

Preflop: Hero is dealt J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 Players)
<font color="red">Hero raises to $6.00</font>, <font color="red">SB raises to $13.00</font>, BB folds, Hero calls $7.00

Flop: ($28) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $14.00</font>, Hero calls $14.00

Turn: ($56) 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)

I raise flop like 35ish% when we have a backdoor flushdraw.
Around 10% without.

I check this turn, b/3b any [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q or 7 turn.

35 to get calls from 7x and Jx- you can always check behind on river if you don't improve.

Ok, I checked behind but I agree betting is better. He has overs very often and it's unlikely I'm going to get c/r or are behind.
