Default WCOOP $215r pretty standard preflop spot

Forgive me if these are really basic, but I dont play a lot of these as I am a cash game player. Stack sizes make this spot super awkward and I don't like any of my options here. shove, call, or fold?

I think as a default you should fold unless you have a reason to think he's raising really wide here. Not really deep enough for set value but he's probably going to have a big hand often enough that playing postflop is going to suck.
