8+r sat: PAGING Adanthar
8+r sat to 215$+R WCOOP Event.
Noone calls too much or raise too much. What's my play in these two hands? Hand 1: I'm 4/19 with avg. stack = 22k. 14 seats up for graps. Villain seems okay, not too aggro, as he should probably have shoved earlier. Poker Stars No Limit Holdem Tournament Blinds: t2000/t4000 (Ante: t400) 7 players Converter Stack sizes: UTG: t15142 UTG+1: t35390 MP1: t33666 CO: t12890 Button: t15716 SB: t23096 Hero: t32200 Pre-flop: (7 players) Hero is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 3 folds, CO raises all-in t12490, 2 folds, Hero ???? Hand 2: I'm 8/18, still 14 seats. The 6 shortest players have between 16k and 12k, the rest has >25k. Re: 8+r sat: PAGING Adanthar
1) fold. you really have no reason to be playing hands (especially calling with KQ) being above average stack at this point. you probably need to pick one or maybe two spots to steal the blinds and you're good to go.
2) fold. i think this is pretty standard 8 handed with 4 left to act. |

Re: 8+r sat: PAGING Adanthar
I fold both hands. You just need to place in the money (=seat) .. no need to take flips and accumulate chips. Just push on the guy to your left with 15k chips to keep your stack even.
It's important to let the other players make the decision for their tournament life. |
