I think PF is fine.
Definitely bet turn. You should be betting the pot on flop and turn to charge the draws. As played call river. I think your turn check could induce a bluff or bet from top pair. This might change depending on his reaction to turn bet. |

Betting the turn is pretty criminal. River is okay though I wouldn't expect to be good too often against this kind of player.
