You hate this spot because you're leaving money on the table. Just keep betting and expect to get called down by any pair very often.

Checking this turn is ok sometimes against good/aggro players, but not an unknown. And if you do check behind and he checks to you again on the river, you absolutely must bet.

I guess I should just assume they won't know to CR there, I just really hate it as I'm bet folding such a huge fraction of my range there.
