who knows if thats accurate (he may be shoving aq, for example) but this is a basic template.

so you're probably "beat" most of the time, yes, but you have 570 in your stack after your bet. you require 30% equity from this point onward; the 6.5% share of the total pot (roughly 1760, or 115ish) is what you've lost out by not calling. thats 22bb, or 11ptbb, so my estimation was fairly close. basically, you committed yourself to the pot, yes, you'rel ikely a ~37% dog to his range here, but folding is worse then calling. (and to whomever said dont 4bet, well, in isolation maybe it's ok, we would need more info)
