Halloween costume help

I want to go to parties as Patrick Bateman, the serial killer form the novel and movie American Psycho. I need ideas as to what would constitue a good bateman costume so i dont just look like a guy dressed in a suit.

I suggest an ivory Brooks Brothers tie, a ... damn it, I don't have American Psycho anymore, so I can't recite a hilarious fashion description. If people asked you, 'who are you?' or 'what are you wearing?' go into a Bateman-style recitation. If they don't get it, they suck.

Bad Idea - how many people at party's are goona know who you are? or have seen that movie ? your just goona look like a stock broker .. these are way better ..
