Definitely raise the flop. Any A,K,Q,J is a bad turn, not just because you might be outdrawn but it might close down the action when you're ahead. As played I guess I'm shoving turn but I really wished I raised the flop.

Yea this deep, the flop is a must raise. Turn is weird, I might even flat again with plans on calling most rivers. I think if you shove the turn here he can't really call you with worse, but he sounds like the type of guy who might shove river as a bluff given the way you played it.
