Villians line seems weird given his aggression factor.
How big a sample are those figures over ?
If they are over a big enough sample then u are probably been slow rolled here and check call might be the best option.
If they are for this tourney only then bet/call the river.

as others have said, bet call seems fine. as pudge said, if you can bet a bit more on each street you may be able to push the river. this type of opponent is not getting away from any piece of this board on the flop/turn and there is a really good chance he has a king or queen so start building.
