Default Do you call this river bet?

Villain running about 30/20/4 for 100 hands.

UB NL25

Hero CO ($56.75)
Villain SB (50.25)

Dealt to hero 8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Hero raises to $1
SB calls
BB calls
(pot $3)

FLOP: 8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Villain bets $3

His leading into me could mean top pair, maybe a set of 3s or a FD, maybe even a combo FD. He is usually pretty consistent with 3-betting JJ+ from the blinds to a CO or B raiser.

Hero raises to $11
Villain calls - I think his call indicates he is drawing - i think 33, AQ-KQ, AA-QQ (if he is tricky this hand) is pushing here
(pot $22)

TURN: 10 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Crappy turn for me -- His possible combo draw holding (J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] has completed a straight and flush) and of course other flushes are completed.

Villain leads for $4.25
I decide to call because if his flush/strt is complete I can draw out still, relatively cheaply (should I be raising here?) Q10 -- is definately a possibility here as well.
(pot $30.50)

RIVER 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Villain bets $31

Time to fold this set? Am I always behind here?

HERO?????

I think that's the FD line every time from an OOP decent player, esp after seeing the small turn bet begging for a raise, then a pot size (too much) vbet on the river

I would imagine he has it here almost always.
