Default NL 50: When donkeys attack, min-raisaments wtf?

Three hands here. I think I am going to start minraising to put good players on tilt. What do I do? What's my plan?

Villain unknown in this one. I am experimenting with different Cbet sizes, and this is unusually low for me:

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.25/$0.50 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $56.90
BB: $50.00
UTG: $14.50
MP: $55.75
CO: $60.10
Hero (BTN): $50.00

Preflop: Hero is dealt A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (6 Players)
3 folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $2.00</font>, SB folds, BB calls $1.50

Flop: ($4.25) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $2.00</font>, <font color="red">BB raises to $4.00</font>, Hero should do what thinking BBs range is what?

CO: $55.80
Hero (BTN): $50.70

Preflop: Hero is dealt A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (5 Players)
2 folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $2.00</font>, SB calls $1.75, BB folds

Flop: ($4.50) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $3.00</font>, <font color="red">SB raises to $6.00</font>, Hero?

Number 1 and 2 I call and check/call turn. Playing oop sucks. I hope no flush cards fall and try to see cheap showdown.
Number 3 looks scary (probably a set), I call and evaluate turn.

1. call, 2 diamonds, Ax,33,66-KK,45. Let his range's equity drop on the turn.

2. 55+,A2s+,KsTs,QJs,JsTs,5s4s,A9o+,KQo push, he's short.

3.call, re-evaluate turn.

Good advice so far. Cbets should be a bit bigger, more like 3/4 pot than 1/2 pot.
