I try to get all in here and am happy about my chances. If he is dumb enough to limp preflop, he is dumb enough to get stacked with a lone queen. I am not saying he IS dumb, but there is a great possibility. I reraise.

You're only losing to q9 or a set so just get it in. Pair + draw, lone flush straight draws, AA/KK and other stupid hands are all in his range.
