Default Question On MLBTV

I don't know if it was here or on another forum where people were exchanging MLB.TV login names so that they could see their local team. My question is if i had my friend who lives in florida sign up for MLB.TV under his mailing and IP address would i be able to use the MLB.TV account in Illinois to view White Sox and to a much lesser extent Cubs Games. Also is it still OK for anyone who had MLB.TV at the end of last season to be logged on in two locations atg one time?
Thanks

Pretty sure it wasn't here. Just buck up and buy the package yourself if you want to watch it.

Im thinking of getting it, as its my only way of watching Sox games. You can watch any game at any time from that season with broadcast from either radio or tv from either team right?

I got it last year for (I think) $80. Or at least, close to that. I thought it was worth it, and I'll strongly consider doing it again.

eventually, they check the IP address of the person viewing the games and try to nab 'cheaters.'

I'm a Cards fan in Champaign (Cards home territory according to mlb.com) and FSN midwest wasn't available previous to this year, so I set-up a credit card to be billed to my parents home in the Chi-town suburbs. I got the package for 1 1/2 seasons with no problem. Then, I got cutoff. I called and it was fixed. Cutoff again a week later. Called, and support said I was using an IP address in the Cards black-out area. So, my answer is your mileage may vary. Luckily, FSN midwest is now on the Urbana cable network, so I'll get most games again.

My wife and I would listen to the MLB Radio when she was at work and I was at home. But, it only allowed two people logged in at a time (she said).

80$ for the whole season? Anything in that range seems like a total steal. What is the quality like?
