I usually dont even fire the second one. It doesnt look like he'll fold anything that called the flop bet.

I would give it up on the turn. That flop call is pretty bad for you.

2nd barrel is fine if he peels light.
3'rd barrel would definetely be too much vs this guy. |

I would fire on turn since I suspect he would call most flops but often give up on turn. When he calls turn you should c/f river.
