Villain is ~20/18 and very agro over a hundred hands or so

looks pretty thin... could go either way i guess depending on exactly how aggro he is

you'd think he'd use pot control w/ hands like QT, and the he wouldn't triple barrel w/ air on that board

despite conventional forum wisdom i dont think u have to call river if u call turn. That mentality is pure crap "were not calling the turn with intention of folding river" maybe it took you an extra street to realize you were beat. By the way if our opponent is a complete friggin maniac I call preflop and play some poker. FWIW I think youre beat by the turn unless you got a phenomenal read, if you do then go with it.

If I'm calling preflop (which I probably don't) its not to fold anywhere postflop here.
