Question about Absolute Bonuses

Hi all,

Does anyone know roughly what kind of rakeback % an Absolute bonus equates to? I'm assuming 2-4 and 3-6 limit hold 'em. Or, to put it another way, when you clear a bonus at these limits what % of your rake (on average) is returned to you through that bonus?
