I've done that and gotten an A. I also showed up with 10 minutes left in the class to take a Calc 2 test and got a B.

Ugh I wish I could do this, but our exams are proctored by our profs who also happen to be doctors who also happen to be influential and judgmental. So, I just finish ridiculously early and smugly turn in my exam like I'm really smart, rather than simply really fast and incapable of second-guessing myself. I think it impresses them, as long as they don't...ahem...check my actual scores.
