Grrrrr, probably call/fold river if he bets again.
He is a degenerate nit (how many hands ?) and QQ is a large part of his range, with JJ, KK and the other AA...

I raise more PF and bet more on this flop (hoping QQ+ will push).

Super-large preflop re-raises always screams AA or KK. Basically, you're playing your hand face up. Theres no problem with the standard pot-sized re-raise preflop.

We are 125BB deep, he is nit & UTG, if he called 12$, he must call 14 or 15$.

Raising to 14 (3.5x) is pretty much the standard 3bet size IMO..

I'm raising to this amount (or more, if I'm OOP or there are callers) with whatever hand I 3bet.

14-16 preflop is standard. Raising more as stacks get deeper is solid.

The flop bet is fine.

I call turn here and fold river if he bets again.

This feels like QQ/JJ to me.
