Default TP2K OOP Turns Nut Draw

Villain is 28/3/2 (128)

After he bets the turn I put him on AK here. I know this is a reverse implied odds situation here, but I pick up the flush draw on the turn and he's giving me the correct odds to continue. Do you ever fold this on the flop? What about the turn, if we don't pick up the draw or a Q this is an easy c/f IMO. What about a turn c/r here as a semibluff. Can I rep a set or A up this way, and does he fold this enough of the time combined with my drawing equity to make this a +EV play?

I reraise prelop ..... I bet flop hoping worse As come for the ride. If I check I dont like to raise cos we are building too big a pot OOP with just one pair. I think a call or a raise is okay on the turn but would probably lean towards a raise. Raise is only okay cos of small effective stacks. If stacks were much deeper this would be a call a lot more often.
