Default standard value town? 2-4 full ring on the river

sorry no converter, im new to full ring after playing 6 max. Sometimes i get a little too aggro.

hero raises 20 in late position after mid position limp with AcTh , folds to passive full stack limper who calls. He has tendancy to peel flops, but is still kind of a bad nit

flop q-8-6 all clubs. He checks, i bet 2/3rd pot he calls. Turn 3h. He checks i bet 2/3rds pot he calls. River A-s. He checks, i bet 2/3rds pot again. Standard right or should i be checking the river? this feels like a bet, but with how nitty/bad some of the full ring players are, i don tknow how profitable this is.

The second barrel seems terrible. I would just check behind on the turn. The river is pretty close and really comes down to reads and if he was on a draw or a made hand. If you think he had a draw then bombs away, but you're not getting called by a worse made hand too often on this river.
