In this spot against the minraise I typically flat a whole bunch of my range, for obvious reasons i think.

Now with a shortie shover and a min-reraise by the UTG player, what hand range are you shoving? What range do you put UTG on?

All I could do was quickly check the guys pokerdb, which was like 20k in earnings, 24k in buyins. interpret that as you may.

Kinda tough to interpret actions of UTG. IMO his two minraises indicate one of two holdings:

I think that he knows that you have to fold/shove when it gets back to you...

1. A med PP (66-99.) Pre he's raising 2xBB trying to see a flop, figuring that it's tough for anyone to RR. When it's back to him he's trying to isolate without committing himself if you shove.

2. A big PP (KK-AA.) Not sure why anyone would min-raise these hands pre, but when it's back to him, he's baiting u to shove/denying you the implied odds to call for set value.

I think that hands like AK;AQ;TT-QQ have to shove to isolate, and hands like Axs;22-55;JTs will fold with u still behind.

I'm not sure if i would shove any of your range that u flatcalled the 1st minraise with. The more i think about this, he looks strong.

I really don't see that min-raise iso raise UTG has to be all that strong so much of the time. I'd call TT+, AQs+ here.

WTF is villain going to do with any of his range here? He's not going to fold 77. So, I don't think the iso-raise alters his range much, unless he's minning stuff like JTs UTG.
