Actually now that I've read the hand and the players names, Hawaiianhelt strikes me as probably being a 2+2'er.

He was on one of my tables tonight and was slowing down the game, which I assume meant he was multitabling hardcore. His stats look like a skilled lag, something like 25/17 or so. I'd fold to the push.

you have an overpair in a reraised pot, aka the nutz.
If he's calling for set value, start widening your 3betting rang as he'll be playing fit or fold
