FT $12 - QT Good re steal?
Villain is 24/11/1.7 over 55 and has been doing some min raising pf. My thinking is i have a little over 5bb at this point and the blinds were going up next couple hands. I need to make a move in the next orbit and here's a 1k pot vs villain exhibiting typical weakness. I put him on wide range here against which I'm maybe a 2:1 or 3:2 dog and getting favorable odds here + good fold equity (he's not quite getting 2:1). I thought it was close but a good shove. I'm pretty green to SNG's by the way. Thoughts? Thanks

Re: FT $12 - QT Good re steal?
Pick a better spot. First of all, they probably have something given that they are raising into another big stack here. Also the villain with have the odds to call your shove with 32o and your hand is not the one to take to showdown. Fold and try to find a better spot in the next 4-5 hands.

Re: FT $12 - QT Good re steal?
I think it's very read dependent, he's got to have shown ability to lay down to shoves as he's going to be getting a decent price to call you with a lot of his range. Probably close but I think I make a move now rather than wait to have 3bb's in a couple of hands
