Default My boat got stolen...

and I'm f'n pissed. It was at American Offshore Marina in Dania Beach, FL, getting repaired and someone boosted it. Inside job, I believe. 2006 Century Center Console, 150 4 stroke Yamaha. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BOAT TO AMERICAN OFFSHORE IN DANIA BEACH. DO NOT BUY A BOAT AT AMERICAN OFFSHORE IN DANIA BEACH.

No apology, no nothing. Just GONE.

Vent over...

More details, please. Did they call you one morning and just say, "Hey, your boat was here last night and not here this morning. No need to come pick it up." Or did you actually go to get it and they couldn't find it? You don't have any sort of insurance, and they don't either?

The Hamburgler does when he isn't stealing hamburgers. You can tell when you find the boat because of all the hamburger wrappers.

They called me to see if I had picked it up. I said "Uh. No.". They said they couldn't locate it and it must be stolen. I left work, went to the marina and they were at lunch. I had to call the police because they didn't do it. They didn't even know when it was taken. The kicker was when the jackass dock master asked me how and when I was going to pay for the repairs that it had been in there for in the first place.

I'm telling you. The whole ordeal is unbelievable.

So it was in their custody being repaired? They're trying to say they aren't responsible?

Have you called a lawyer yet?
