villain is 46/19/1 over a large sample. folds fairly often to cbets, but likes to make small raises with anything from tpnk to a set. he tends to follow through all the way once he takes the betting lead.

any suggestions on how to play this better, or do you like my line?

i don't like to focus on stats too much, but i'd be worried about this, no? is it close to 1.0, or 1.something?

Yeah I'd fold the river me thinks. Boat / straight seems very likely, and I doubt he is messing around on this board too often.

sorry. his turn AF is 3.6 and his river AF is 4. my PT includes preflop AF in the total i just realised.

This is the flop you are hoping for. It doenst get much better then this. He will never put you on this hand. I would like to see here a big 3bet on the flop aswell. That way you are somewhat commited with this hand, and that aint bad at all. Commit yourself here and now and it will make things more easy on the turn and river.

If we are planning to fold this river, we should fold turn, i think. He lays good odds, but if we assume he has a boat that`s worth nothing

3bet the flop and call shove, yuo have pair + flush draw + bad gutshot and 100bb. this flop is preddy goot four yur harnd.
