Live $1-$3 46s
Playing at a $1-$3 table, I limp after 2 callers with 4 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] in the cutoff. Button folds, and the SB who is a station and the reason I didn't raise PF (He called my $25 raise earlier with A7off and outflopped my KK and called my cbet), calls and button checks.
Flop is 3 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]5 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. SB and BB check, SB and BB check, UTG+1 (first limper) bets $10, MP1 (second limper) calls, and I call. I would raise here but I don't want to chase off the bettors, plus I would like the SB station to put a little more in the pot now. Turn is 7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. First bettor bets $20 (his stack is only about $100), he gets raised by the guy in between us (an aggro kid with about $280 in front of him--I cover). I just call to try to keep the short stack in. First bettor folds though, and it's down to me and the raiser. River bricks, he bets $80, I push. Two questions.... Raise turn even at the risk of chasing them out of the pot? Is this a good spot for a river minraise? He didn't even think for 10 seconds before folding. He said he had two pair........ |

If you shove you can probably get bigger FD's to fold and play the pot head up against a player showing strength...the orig bettor on the turn has a small stack compared to the pot size I would just shove and hope to get value from both players |
