Default 200 NL tricky decision on a bad board...how do you play this?

Just sat down so no info on villain. My play on the turn was because I thought he was weak and I could just end the hand right there rather than make a tough decision OOP on the river if he bets big. Alternate lines or thoughts?

wtf @ Turn? Either bet again (like $50) or c/c. Now that he bets this donkish amount I'm probably just c/r'ing big. Raising $32 into a $90 pot is absurd. As played that's def. a call on the river.

I really like this play in position; it's almost like raising in limit to see a cheap showdown. The only problem being OOP is the chance that he bets or bluffs this amount (or a larger amount), and you won't know what it is.

As played on the turn I would probably just call because you're getting really good odds. I might CRAI on a diamond if he bets a suspicious amount.

My plan was to check call and check/re-eval on river but I felt the size of my checkraise was enough to get the job done on the turn without risking too much if he came back over the top. Once he calls my checkraise on the turn and then bets relatively quickly on the river, what do I beat exactly??? KQ? I can't see him taking that line with KQ. My turn checkraise was only because he bet such a small amount and I didn't want to be in a tough spot on the river if I c/c turn and then check river only to have him bet pot. Sure I can fold, but I don't like that line.
