Default HU 2/4

This is about the 20th hand of the HU game. Number007 has been playing very very agressive post flop (Has probably raised my bets on flop or turn 7 hands so far) and likes to bet the pot. I have come over the top of him a couple times and he has folded, called, and shoved. What do you guys think my action should be on this turn?
PokerStars Game #11941959806: Omaha Pot Limit ($2/$4) -
2007/09/08 - 13:26:20 (ET)
Table 'Magaclite V' 2-max Seat #2 is the button
Seat 1: JaySick88 ($500 in chips)
Seat 2: number007 ($429.50 in chips)
number007: posts small blind $2
JaySick88: posts big blind $4
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to JaySick88 [As Kh 9h 6h]
number007: raises $8 to $12
JaySick88: calls $8
*** FLOP *** [9c Ad 4c]
JaySick88: checks
number007: checks
*** TURN *** [9c Ad 4c] [8h]
JaySick88: bets $20
number007: raises $48 to $68

If I am behind what do you think I am behind of 88? 99? Would it make sense for him to check AA on that flop after having made a pot sized continuation bet every time he has raised?

I am not sure on re raising. When you re raise, is that for value or what. I don't see what your ahead with here.

He's got TJQ or something similar most likely. Raising and calling and snapping off a bluff on the river are both fine.

Looks like either A8 or a turned draw. I'd reraise as well.
