Default turn card brings straight flush draw

Villain seems like a standard TAG and decent player, stats are 27/15 over about 60 hands. 5 hands ago he "slowplayed" his top 2 pair when I flopped a set when he c/c the flop and then capped on the turn.

Should I be leading the turn, and 3-betting if possible, or is a c/r better. I feel like either way, I'm only getting 1 bet in on the river if I hit since it will be 4 to the straight/flush on the board.

Thoughts?

I only like the turn play if you feel like youre ahead often. Hes never folding a better hand so this is purely for value. My default is to just c/c the turn because I think we're probably about 40% vs his range.

Do you think you'll get a fold often enough to raise this turn?

I'd probably just call the turn and yeah you have to donk the river when you hit.

you don't meet at lot of people that fold to a turn c/r after raising flop. I'd liked it better in a situaion where he didn't show strenght on the flop. Easy donk on river even if you hadn't checkraised turn.
