Default Marginal turn spot w/QQ

UTG is 19/12/2.12 reg, from my impression of him he's not that aggro. His turn AF is 2.1
SB is 32/21/2.05 donk

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $3/$6 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $618.00
BB: $655.00
UTG: $791.10
CO: $1,169.35
Hero (BTN): $1,131.00

Preflop: Hero is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (5 Players)
UTG raises to $21.00, CO folds, Hero calls $21.00, SB calls $18.00, BB folds

Flop: ($69) J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 Players)
SB checks, UTG bets $42.00, Hero calls $42.00, SB calls $42.00

Turn: ($195) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 Players)
SB checks, UTG bets $114.00 Hero...

ignore pre-flop play. Should i have raised flop? What do i do on the turn, he bets into 2 ppl when flush hits, and he seems pretty passive to me, but he bet small. Also, SB could easily have flush. Do i call and re-eval riv or just dump it right here?

this is an awful flop call

like, really really bad

even ignoring pf you should always raise qq on that flop b/c you dont want the sb calling here

an equivalent statement would be:

gah, not 3betting for pure value is terrible

if i thought, for a second, that most nits significantly change there raising range with position, then not 3betting is fine.

but the guy is probably raising 12% of his hands and if we have any sort of laggish image we can probably get him to call with almost all of that 12%. raise pf

I dont get this post, arent most people considerably much tighter from UTG? Why would you assume he raises 12% from every position and not like most people do, less raises in early spots and much more in late positions.

And how is he calling a rr preflop with all his range even vs laggy player, i dont think he has forgoten that he is UTG and usually when people re raises UTG with stats like his they arent [censored] arround.
