Hand 1: cmon.. raise that flop and call an all in. look how many draws are out there, your basically giving away a free card.

Hand 2: Well i'm probably playing it the same except turn, lots of draws out there (if he has flopped it then unlucky). If your going to bet that big on turn you may aswell put him all in. I think im potting turn here and giving up if the draw hits on river, or you can just push all in on turn.

Hand 3: Raise flop and lead turn, I think it makes river easier to play. You basically just gave him free cards to suck out on by playing it that passively.

Hand 4: Never limp on the button preflop, if your going to play this then raise to $10. Raise turn. He doesnt have the nut flush and hes still check raising you huge on the river, possibly 67.. I'll rarely fold here without reads though (sometimes im re-raising over the top). Ive seen too many donk plays in this situation to give credit to a boat.

Hand 5: Well you got posistion on him so a call is fine, but I prefer a 3 bet as sometimes he'll fold and if not you get a better idea of what hes calling with (if you got reads). Sometimes I'll fold if its a complete nit though. As played, Raise flop... if he pushes over the top I think you can fold.. I dont like his turn bet, hes showing alot of strength.. Im leaning towards folding this.. without reads its a hard spot.
