4/8 TT against weird action

UTG is a maniac who plays ATC, doesn't fold preflop for any amount, but almost never bluffs post-flop except for one hand where he raised from the BB, check-called a 7 high flop, check-raised a Q turn and fired a blank river and lost with KJ no suits vs. A3.

BB completes ATC in SB, hasn't done much else.

Is my line ok here? Anyone value-bet river?

Huh? I'm fine with the cap PF, but I can't valuebet this river.

If he's a maniac as OP says, we can pretty much rule out AA, KK, QQ, JJ. Valuebet is gaining a bet from 88, 77, and maybe KQ [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img], but the entire rest of his range just got there. I dont' want to lose 2 bets 'cause I'm not folding this to a c/r.
