Default $200NL Aces raised on scary board

villian is 38/11.5/5 over ~60 hands
He seems a bit fishy but I don't have much of a read other than he seems to like to call.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

BB ($226.65)
UTG ($207)
MP ($542.15)
Hero ($206.25)
Button ($1067.85)
SB ($355.60)

Preflop: Hero is CO with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $8</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, BB calls $6.

Flop: ($17) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $12</font>, BB calls $12.

Turn: ($41) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $30</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to $82</font>, Hero ??

if I call his turn bet I have to call a non heart river right?

how do you play this spot if u have the Ah? call/fold a non heart; or push over his raise?

Yeah fold it. He seems to be very comfortable to 'risk' giving you a free street on the turn by checking.

If I had the Ah, I'd probably be pushing.
