Default Who owns battlefield?

I can't figure out who owns battlefield on their website. I am starting to have a decent roll on there and for me it is a lot of money. I don't mind it taking a while to withdraw the money, I am really only concerned with it being seized or something. I have heard some sketchy things about the prima sites and am just trying to find something to make me feel safe leaving a large % of my bankroll on there.

Thoughts?

Also, I can't find any options on there for p2p transfers. I assume they don't exist?

Thx
