all I know is that Villain is semiloose passive passive after 25 hands or so.

Just to be sure: you mean 3-bet turn, then bet the river, right? And, as played, c/c river? I don't get it. I can't place the river c/c.

Anyway, 3-bet the turn. I'd still b/c the river.

Once you get raised on the turn it is doubtful that a passive player has less than trip jacks and your kicker is lacking. The ace on the river improves your chance of a chop but it does nothing to overtake MP2's likely hand.

I don't think we can give this guy credit for holding the last jack in the deck after only 25 hands. That's not enough information to classify him as loose passive, and when he bets he automatically has the nuts. 3bet turn.

If your opponent is so passive that you can't 3bet the turn, I don't see how you can b/c that river either.
