any read? could be good if he can have a 7 here. If he can't the bet is bad.

Any reads on villain? Is he sticky with top pair? I think your play is standard until river, where you have a more difficult decision. If villain is passive I like a river check. If villain is aggressive then smaller blocking/value bet? anyone agree?

I think this is fine.

A river check will probably get a check behind from this villain, which would be fine with me. However, the small bet keeps villain guessing a bit more so that he just calls. If you do check, it gives him more of a chance to bluff or bet a weak hand. If you check and he bets more than half the pot, do you call?

i think the river bet is fine... if you checked would you then fold for $5 more? probably not, so u might as well bet it. If he rivered a K, unlucky, if he has trips, unlucky, if he played JJ or TT passively, then unlucky, you played it fine.

looks good, i would fold to a c/r on the river, however.
edit: raise on the river, not c/r

PF and flop look fine to me. After the call on the flop then any bet on the turn has got to be influenced by reads/stats, he's not given any information away up to this point.

How do you appear to him? Have you been hammering at every pot, or have you been inactive recently?

Seems pretty standard to me. If the villain in the CO is calling with a suited connector like 78 he might think his one pair is good against over cards like AQ-AJ. His call on the river seems a little strange though. Hero bet roughly half the pot on the river and the King didn't seem to bother villain. However, it's not surprising since many a villain will call you down if they catch any piece of the flop. Villain showed no aggression on any street so I think Hero's play is good on all streets.
