Anyone else having problems with Verizon right now?

We are having sporadic cell service around here (metrowest MA), I can't dial out from my work line at all, and now my DSL is down at home...Verizon doesn't know [censored] about it...anyone else having issues or know anything?

my favorite is when i have a bill due on the 23rd, get no e-mail, then go to their site and see they are down for service from like 20-25th. wtf? 5 days? and you think i'm going to pay some sort of late fee? nooooooope.
