what a wonderful turn card
villain here is 35/20 and a pain in the ass. he coldcalls a lot, or at least it feels like every time i raise he floats.

Re: what a wonderful turn card
How has some of the previous hands between you two gone? If its Cbet flop, he calls, and you c/f the turn, then I like a c/r here.
If you have doubled barreled a decent amount then I like a bet on the turn. |

Re: what a wonderful turn card
Pretty crappy turn card.
Since you feel he's floating you a lot, I kinda like letting him take a stab here on the turn. Does he float by raising turn bets or by betting when checked to? or both? If he raises the turn a lot, I like a weak bet to induce, otherwise a c/c. |

Re: what a wonderful turn card
Also I really dont think this is a terrible turn card at all. I dont see how we can put a 35/20 who seems to float a lot on percisley J10 here...

Re: what a wonderful turn card
c/c? That seems like the worst option (ok after c/f). Either b3b or c/r and hope to get it in vs this 35/20 jerk.

[/ QUOTE ] yeah i dunno why you think that he has exactly JT he plays 1/3 of the hands he's dealt and you say he's been floating the flop a lot as well. |

Re: what a wonderful turn card
pb,
dude, if hes been floating you a lot and firing on the turn when you give up, c/r that monkey!! if he just calls a lot (meaning, hes not very aggro or making solid floats, but just doesnt fold) keep firing. |
