BB's got a rather big range..54 - A8 roughly.

I think you've got a 9 and basically any T/Q, that'd be 3+3+4 = 10. Maybe take one or two out for possible hands of the two folds, I'd say 8 or 9.

I don't think folding or calling is really bad here. I'm not a huge stat "whore", so I can't give you the exact number rundown, but from what I see, 3.25 BB for that isn't good value IMHO, but isn't neccessary runaway hand.

I say 8.5-9, discounting the Tens from 3 to 1.5/2 outs and thin possibility you are drawing to 4 outs vs. some two pair/set. The turn is very close between folding and calling. I wouldn't be surprised if they have the same EV.
