Default $3.4 - TT UTG l1

Is it any good limping with TT UTG level 1?
I normally throw pairs <JJ away, but is TT perhaps worth limping, because you have a chance have an overpair on the flop and you can of course hit trips.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t20 (9 handed) by Hand Converter CG

MP3 (t1420)
CO (t1480)
Button (t1400)
SB (t2860)
BB (t1500)
Hero (t1500)
UTG+1 (t1500)
MP1 (t1840)
MP2 (t1500)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
Hero calls ??

limp is standard for me utg. how i play it after i limp is situational - depends on the raiser, possible stats, what position it came from and how many players entered the pot behind me, etc. if i were in position i'm calling most standard raises with at least TT+.

I limp all PP`s here in level 1 lower than JJ
I call a raise up to t120 with several limpers, but against one player, t80

I agree, you should be willing to play most pocket pairs cheap; the implied odds if you hit a set and your opponent hits top pair are quite remarkable on the 1st level against aggressive opponents. You can generally bankrupt such an opponent who hits top pair or two pair when you have a set on the first level, provided you play it cool....
